Josh is a strategic leader whose foundation is technology, AI, and cybersecurity, built across more than twenty-five years in the military and public sector. Throughout his career, he has served as CIO, CTO, and CISO, leading enterprise technology strategy, cybersecurity, and large-scale digital transformation initiatives for complex organizations. Alongside those executive leadership roles, he has spent more than twenty-six years conducting cyber operations in the Air National Guard, where disciplined execution, sound judgment, and mission success are paramount.

Throughout his career, Josh has worked alongside executive leadership teams navigating technology modernization, cybersecurity, and AI adoption.
